We offer classes like pole dancing, lyra hoop, aerial hammock, stretch classes, chair dance, handstand classes, acro yoga, flow arts, and the best vibes you will ever experience. We pride ourselves in welcoming individuals from all walks of life, including all gender identities. No athletic background is needed. No dance background is needed.
