We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every class, so here’s a quick guide to what to wear and bring for each type of class:
Pole Classes
What to Wear: Shorts and a fitted tank or sports bra are best—skin contact with the pole helps with grip! Avoid wearing lotions or oils on your skin before class, as they make it harder to stick to the pole.
What to Bring: A washcloth (for cleaning the pole), a water bottle (refillable is best), and a yoga mat if your class includes warm-ups or floorwork.
Silks/Fabrics Classes
What to Wear: Wear fitted leggings or athletic pants that cover the backs of your knees, and a snug tank or long-sleeve top. This helps protect your skin and keeps you comfortable while working with the fabric.
What to Bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated, a washcloth for personal use, and a yoga mat if your class includes stretching or conditioning exercises.
Lyra (Aerial Hoop) Classes
What to Wear: Fitted leggings or athletic pants and a snug top to protect your skin during transitions on the hoop. Avoid baggy clothing, as it can get caught during movements.
What to Bring: A water bottle, a washcloth, and a yoga mat if your class incorporates floor conditioning or stretching.
Extras to Bring for All Classes
A refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
A yoga mat for warm-ups, cool-downs, or floorwork.
A washcloth for cleaning or personal use during class.
Get ready to move, explore, and have fun—see you in class! 💫
